Kind staff, bright room, in general I appreciated this delightful hotel. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Incredible and vegan breakfast with a cooked to order meal was a nice touch. The total experience was really great, I would recommend👌

Charming, friendly hosts. Welcomed on arrival and helpfully suggested a tour round Bath for the afternoon as it was our first trip to Bath. Provided parking pass for stay. Excellent breakfast in quirky beautiful breakfast room. Delightful garden in style of Jane Austin - a quiet spot to relax in after a day out. Location excellent - 5 mins walk from good restaurants and all the sights close by
Our room was on 4th floor and breakfast is in the basement - not a problem for us but some might find it difficult ( Perhaps icing on cake ... would love fresh bread on offer as well as toast at breakfast! )

Great location for sight seeing. Hotel was friendly, clean & quiet. Breakfast was good & set you up for the day. Bath is a beautiful place, full of history, plenty of places to eat during the day & at night, absolutely enjoyed ourselves. May we both 'Thank' the Lady of the House for changing our room from the top floor to the ground - the stairs were a killer !!!!
